Chef Peter Palumbo

A New york native, Chef Peter Palumbo was raised by a Sicilian family in which “meals were the pinnacle of every day.” Finishing high school & looking for a career, he paid a fortune teller $1 in search of answers. After the palm reading, the psychic predicted his future as a Chef. Following his advice Palumbo landed a spot at the one of the world’s top culinary school, the Culinary Institute of America. After apprenticing at the iconic Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, Palumbo went on to cook for the former president George H.W. Bush, the Grateful Dead & foodies from all over the world.
